Straw Factory

This factory is located in Shandong, China, and has 30 years of experience making straw bags and hats. The local community has deemed the straw products to be a part of its intangible cultural heritage. Despite its pedigree, the factory has been evolving to meet demands of sustainability, with a production capacity of 100,000 units in 30 days. The R&D department creates over a hundred new designs monthly, and is continuously researching new ways to be more sustainable. As members of Sedex, this factory passes many factory sustainability audits.
